Thermal spray gun overhaul from MBE International

MBe International provides a competitive and fast thermal spray gun overhaul service. All guns are fully refurbished and tested on completion.

MBe specialises in the repair/overhaul of the Metco® 12E and the Sulzer Metco® 14E and 16E. Metco® and Sulzer Metco® 5P-II’s are also regularly serviced as are all other process guns and torches ranging from combustion systems through to HVOF and Plasma spray.

This service can either be on-site at the customer’s premises or the guns can be sent to MBe for repair/overhaul. Loan guns are available if downtime is unacceptable due to production pressures.
